Statoil Awards $1.24 Billion Contracts For Insulat

Norway's Statoil ASA (STO) said Tuesday it has awarded two contracts worth a total of NOK11 billion ($1.24 billion) for insulation, scaffolding and surface treatment services at 20 of its 29 installations on the Norwegian continental shelf.
The contracts have been awarded to Beerenberg Corp AS and Prezioso Linjebygg AS and will take effect in the first quarter of 2016. They will replace the company's existing contracts with these two suppliers and have a duration of 15 years, it added.
