It was mentioned early in 2015 that Sony was going to provide "Sony Users" only with a 4K Sony app. The Sony App would stream only Sony movies and would only be made available on Sony devices.
My guess is Sony will eventually be using the Ultraflix App to stream their content on other platforms. Sony isn't stupid and they won't want to miss out on that major revenue stream.
As far as the Sony Cameras at Levis Stadium...Well yes! Somebody has to use high quality equipment to film live events so that NTEK can stream the live events flawlessly. I'm guessing there are definite major deals being worked out behind the scenes. A ton more to come in 2016!!!
