There were several times he had to put me on hold to take care of things popping up in the office around him. I was probably on the phone 10 or more minutes in total. It was a very casual conversation, so don't read too much into his word selection.
I was one who believed attention was not necessary before, as we were not ready for the attention at the time.......
We had millions in debt, questionable filings, and many unknowns in the dog days that have all since been cleared.
Once we paid that debt off we should have been screaming to the masses. That should have been day 1. Then day 2 should have been attorney letter.

There is nothing that takes away my true belief in the mgmt team, and its' strategy.
This damn marketing company needs to start earning their damn pay, and get the word out.
Hopefully we can put this to bed tomorrow and move on.
