Seriously, 2015 was the year of Jokes here @ KMAGinary land. From a Ball-less CEO who pumps a shareholder meeting at the beginning of the year and suckers a few to NY, then cancels the day before the event, to suckering in another boy toy pimp pumper to create another private Skype room and tell those who actually still listen, that Mr. Mud is a genius and things are still on track.
PLEASE, the only thing that seems to be happening here is a flood of rumors, opinions and absolutely NO WORD from the crack-head who is supposed to be running this company. He has gone totally dark and only a select few “supposedly” have his phone number and are able to get a hold of him. Not really the way a CEO of a publicly held company should be acting, but then, What do I know; I’m just another “ball-bag holder” who got suckered in just like everyone else.
So, what can we expect for 2016!! More of the same old, same old, I’m Betting!! Just have to look at his Posts and gossip columns over the past three years to see how the time of year and rumors line up!! We will probably get some word saying “a PR is on the way”, “things are on track”, “in two weeks we should see some movement”, “merger complete just waiting on one more signature”!! You can throw a dart and probably hit the flavor of the month there. Fact is, you/we could make up anything about what might happen, because you know that the “leader” of the company will NEVER come out to make a correction or dispute what is or isn’t happening!! In Fact, I’m going to make something up Right Here, Right Now!!
We have all heard the rumor on how Ol’ JR is getting his “ducks in a row” to “kill the evil shorts”, right?? What IF, “JR” is the one actually holding the “short covering”?? Now before you dis me off as another hater, hear me out. I mean, it’s my crazy “ideas” that pissed people off in Rosie’s Private Skype room a couple of years ago, and now those same people are now saying those very same things I questioned back then, a year later!! Hmm, someone is listening!!
Think about it, WHY would JR for the past 3+ years, be CONSTANTLY be putting out posts, and “friendly inside rumors” and saying things on Skype & FB about getting thing up and running again, Just To FAIL and NEVER materialize?? To Cover HIS Short position HE has on his own shares. He NEEDS to cover his own shorts, so that he has money for a PR and Audited Financials. When people get pissed at him, they sell at any crappy price and he covers!! WHY is it that he has promised NOBO’s, Form 10’s, 15c filings, Shareholder meetings, etc. AND IT NEVER HAPPENS?? Because if we see that HE is the one with the short position, NO ONE will sell to him and he will LOSE EVERYTHING, JUST LIKE WE HAVE!!! Ever notice how hype among the believers gets really amped up before the actual due date, then when Ol’ Mr. Depends DOESN’T come through, as usual, there is nothing but DEFENDING of why it didn’t happen, with ZERO Proof of what Actually happened! It’s ALWAYS the “MM’s”, or “the lawyers”, or “the SEC”, or “FINRA”, or blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, PUKE!! NEVER Mr. Depends Fault, but there is always some buying and selling. Makes ya wonder, doesn’t it?
In closing, I just have one thing to ask. Mr. Marvelous, Genius, Leader of KMAGinary land, GROW a Set of BALLS and say one way or the other, OK!! Enough is Enough!! Tell us you jerked us off really good for 3+ years, but the ride is now over!! OR GET THIS PARTY STARTED!! Put up or Shut Up!!
