The links contain a good bit of information and some conjecture BUT are similar to a previous post that I submitted about the Pershing Resources personalities. For those who have not read my prior post, the gist is that several of the current Pershing Resources employees were involved with companies whose activities that raised questions with the (for example) Arizona Corporation Commission. Pershing Resources Company, Inc. has had several corporate names prior to its current registration. You will find an interesting progression of corporate names starting in the late 1990s that are directly associated with the current Pershing Resources. Over a year ago, I had believed that Pershing Resources was to become an investment that would provide returns. I have since changed my mindset into hoping that Pershing Resources provides something of value. The prior history of the current company makes one dubious, at best, of a positive outcome. Investors and potential investors should contact the relevant government agencies and commissions of both Nevada and Arizona and request information about Pershing Resources and/or to lodge a complaint for the record. Pershing Resources has created its own mess by not responding to questions or keeping the investors informed as they had previously stated. Document your contact or attempt to contact Pershing Resources and post the results on this site so that others can understand what is going on. Please do not post BS or undocumented information.....we get enough of this from Pershing Resources.
