I am well aware of that. Their r/s was to avoid delisting from NASDAQ However if you look at their history of r/s you will see they did one in 2012 which annihilated shareholder value. Those shareholders who bought before the first r/s in 2012 were decimated to nothing after the r/s they did this past November. That is the point I am trying to make. R/S for the sake of staying listed or uplisting in absence of any real forward progress in revenue generating sales can be meaningless.
