I am speculating that NTEK made a pant load of money this quarter and is no longer dependent on share sales to continue operating, at least in the short term.
They picked the wrong company to try to short into oblivion I think.
NTEK has a workable business plan to create and sustain revenue growth and substantial backing from the large players in the business who are certainly no friends of the competition (i.e Netflixs just to name one)
All speculation on my part. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. I think NTEK has a very strong hand here.
