NI 43-101 ..... Canada's Technical Reports protocol
( I have not seen a 43-101 report challenged as fraudulent )

On any one of the 43-101 reports, find the list of qualified persons, OK ?
28.0 QUALIFIED PERSONS
The Consultants preparing this Technical Report are specialists in the fields of geology, exploration, Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserve estimation and classification, underground mining, geotechnical, environmental, permitting, metallurgical testing, mineral processing, processing design, capital and operating cost estimation, and mineral economics.
None of the Consultants or any associates employed in the preparation of this report has any beneficial interest in NCC. The Consultants are not insiders, associates, or affiliates of NCC. The results of this Technical Report are not dependent upon any prior agreements concerning the conclusions to be reached, nor are there any undisclosed understandings concerning any future business dealings between NCC and the Consultants. The Consultants are being paid a fee for their work in accordance with normal professional consulting practice.
The following individuals, by virtue of their education, experience and professional association, are considered Qualified Persons (QP) as defined in the NI 43-101 standard, for this report, and are members in good standing of appropriate professional institutions.
This Technical Report was prepared by the following QPs, Certificates and consents of which are contained herein:
