Bill needs to pack up and leave Flakeshore already

Bill needs to pack up and leave Flakeshore already. He built whats there now in less than 6 months. I'm sure he can do a full build out in 10 months. Screw the $15-$20 million wasted there, we losing a lot more than that waiting on Flakeshore. Everyday we wait is giving others companies more time to build and steal marketshare. By the time we open Cen's innovations will be old technology. I haven't posted in a long time but I haven't felt this low about FITX in a long time. Bill needs to start building elsewhere now.
