Installing the Suncloak LED grow lighting, with a much smaller crew of 1 to 2 per job site, and the simplicity of set-up will lead to a larger portion of the revenue being pure profit. The Honeywell contract in comparison, installing sensors and lighting in buildings, requires more overhead (staffing costs), with up to 10 to 20 FTE's per building site. Combining the Suncloak sales with the timing of completion of the S-1/A, IHSI will have access to more capital, and will be able to resume the larger Title 21 building contracts, along with the ag-grow lighting sales. Having multi-business lines is "a win-win!"
