I extend my condolences to Igor's family and to his fellow Baltia officials. It's very sad that he never got to see his dream become reality. I have the greatest confidence that Russell and the rest of Baltia's management team will bring Baltia to certification. I have spoken with Igor numerous times and always felt his honesty and compassion for his mission on earth.
