$IHSI Honeywell relationship is being rekindled! The initial round of contracts
brought in $1+ million in revenue in 2014 – 2015. Management is “currently meeting
with Honeywell and other nationally recognized contractors to provide their labor and
management experience to address the growing number of new contacts in the Title 24
market in California. New work in state agencies and commercial developers has increased
recently to get ahead of the new Title 24 standards that go into place in January, 2017. A
portion of the new $5 million financing will be used to cover the expanded bonding and
overhead required to keep pace with the new work load. With new State financing in place,
Caltrans is rolling out new projects that IHSI has experience with and has been successful with
since its inception four years ago."
