Perhaps I am just having , ' one of those days '

Perhaps I am just having , ' one of those days ', but, I have not seen anything that tells me that if I buy this stock past the record date of Nov. 30th 2015 , which is the date of shareholders of record would receive the free shares for shares held on that date , that I will receive any new shares if bought before the distribution of new share date of Feb. 28th 2016. It is well understood that if any of those original shares are sold that you also loose the right to the distribution of new shares. I am not so sure about the buying of shares , even if you are on record between the record and distribution dates. I could be wrong , but , I have yet to see anything that would lead me to believe that.

This is becoming a very crowded first quarter with respect to things that are in place to happen in this timeline.

Giddy Up to announce launch at any time.
OMB hearing and possible decision
JR to begin hearing on H/C issues
Distribution and trading of new Cen shares

Any and all of these events will definitely help the share price of both stocks in my view.....even though technically they are no longer connected. Very interesting next few months to say the least.
