"The Future of Television" slogan has surely been sold to Apple.
I did mention that in a post about 10 days ago.
That is the reason for the Proxy Delay.
Maybe no Proxy all.
This must be about distribution rights and Apple gets a bigger share of profits than what has been offered to others.
This either guarantees an IPO UltraFlix or simply NTEK changing their Ticker symbol to reflect UltraFlix.
