Time for some math:
Let's say these dopes choose to do a 1-300 r/s soon
Cal's 169 million then becomes = 563,333 shares
PPS drops like a rock...say from .0047 to .0029
Cal sells/dumps his 563,333 at (.0029 x 300 = .87) = $490,100
OR
He gives up 69 milly which leaves him with 100 milly and the B/E PPS for him would be .00491 (which is basically where we are NOW) I guarantee PPS would rise if they avoided a a/s increase by giving up and using some of their own restricted shares for the good of the company. IF more product is coming down the pike - their fools not to look at this strategy
* Both Phil and Mike could also do the same but to a lesser extent - combined the 3 could free up over 125 million for operating use. THINK
