I choose to get sleep and wake up in good moods here, ALWAYS!!! went all in 2 years ago on chit is coming within months!!!! DD and deals were being done etc etc, FELL THROUGH each and EVERY ONE!!! still, have to remain positive that Jerry gets it done!!!!! 2 years later, lots of money tied up I still say GIT ER DONE JERRY!!!! dont even have to get out of trips to make it a great ROI, BUT first WE got to get out of no bid, OMG, LOL ,
