Dilution / Toxic Debt = NONE! 1st tranche of financing ($75,000,000) should be announced within the 1st two weeks of the New Year! Updated and Consolidated 10k expected to follow! Also expect QLTS to put out a steady diet of solid PRs and Fillings on its way to the Nasdaq in 2016! Imo

Company is taking one step at a time with all the right moves being made! No Fluff PRs with purposes of drawing attention to move the stock! My prediction QLTS will be one of, if not the Stock of the Year for 2016 when it achieves its Goal of a Nasdaq listing....
