Re: DWins #25
D Wins - I care about creditors and creditor rights. I don't own any shares nor am I short any shares. I also don't know anyone that is long or short this company.

Furthermore - I stand by my opinion. That this company is worth less than a piece of dog doo on an LA street corner. The Exec moderator is my opinion is the CEO, who has said that this company has no assets.

And from a balance sheet perspective, assets minus liabilities equals owners equity.

No assets minus high debts equals NEGATIVE equity.

I care about creditors and I have a view that I should alert people to what may be fraud. Itbis my opinion and belief this company is worthless and that the CEO may have committed fraud. The person earlier in this board that said she bought the stock, further substantiates my belief and opinion that fraud has taken place.

If this is not fraud, the company would file several years of financials with the SEC. The company would stay current with its business license in the state of Nevada. The company would file news which is true and verifiable.

And to any person that is in business and hasn't gotten paid, it is not fun and debts need to be paid.

If the CEO wants the debts discharged, I believe bankruptcy can solve that. Shareholders may be wiped out and creditors may end up with ownership.

So Dwins, show us a write up of why this company is worth more than a piece of dog doo on a LA street. Try to keep to numbers and not hype.
