That's how I see it. We don't have a huge float for a company that's has a viable plan. The PPS doesn't even reflect the real evaluation. So the whole were at .0065 .25 is a gift doesn't work for me.
At 400m shares there is a company is trading in the 110 levels. So even with corrective math where .25 comes from is beyond me.
