A lot of ideas on why AVXL gets an SEC subpoena. My thought is to check out if the company paid for any stock price promotion. There was a lot of discussion on this but most thought a third party paid for some one day price pump. I'm sure a short cabal can and would do this as, the higher the price, the more $ they make,
