They really can't defend their supposed research, and did you notice how Kim tried to weasel around whether he had read the Boston Business article, and when the judge asked "yes or no" he admitted he had read it but then blew it off as unimportant. Whereas, of course, an anonymous article on the internet is much more important.
They are in an indefensible position. They are clearly going to attack the company by alleging that Menon is a crook because of the Harvard business, and probably will go after Leo because of the year he spent at NNVC. However their claims that the science is "in dispute" is going to be AWFULLY hard to prove -- since the FDA doesn't see any "dispute" and neither does Dana-Farber, which is the entity that requested the Kevetrin trial be continued.
All they have to fight with is their claim of misdeeds by Menon and Ehrlich -- and they can't prove any because there is nothing that either have done with CTIX that has been anything but scrupulously legal.
