No, they filed a complaint, an amended complaint, and now the 2nd amended complaint. 3 complaints, but 2 amended complaints.
Did you read the transcript at the link I posted? It's very interesting. I'm glad Kim is handing the case off, he seems like a sharper knife than Stern, judging from Stern's letter asking for the extension (which I expect the judge to grant, since she seems concerned about the Wells Fargo case precedent.)
