Is there any advantage for the FAA or Baltia to actually sign off on the pass in '16 as opposed to '15? I guess my thought process went something like this: "let's hold off, give the docs one more glance over, cross the Ts, dot the Is, make sure the trading doesn't get halted or there isn't a pause in the process due to any documentation issues, pass you guys in January so we can do PF immediately after without having to worry about holiday traffic in the skies and we can process faster."
Just thinking out loud... it seems to me that it would be compulsory to start PF right after Mini pass, so why pass the signatures on the Mini and start PF in the middle of holiday air traffic in Q4? Seems like 2016 Q1 was always the more sensible approach once we got into late Sep or early Oct.
