Kidding aside that ought to be enough to disqualify the motion. "common sense" is not part of the legal system, and they will have to amend the extension request. Can't imagine the judge will be happy with THAT.
Actually it's kind of unfortunate that TaB found this, we know "they" read the board and they will now rush to change it.
