I would venture a guess that the same short that is trying to drive NTEK down is also trying to bury NTGL.
Their goal was to leave NTEK Management with no choice, to dispirit NTGL/NTEK shareholders, and to either BK NTEK or to force the conversion of 600,000,000 shares for 2,000,000 for 25% of the company.
I think BK is off the table, so I believe the shorts wanted the 600,000,000 shares for next to nothing.
I agree that we have a white knight that waited until the price fell to .0036 before starting to buy shares. If I were going to be a white knight for a sub-penny pinky this is where I would start. I would also want the shorts to sell me as many electronic markers or illusiory shares as they choose to create at these prices. A white knight in this market in this company understands that shorting stocks is an occam's razor market.
So I hope that our white knight has staying power, and I hope that he is someone we can all live with. But at this point it is what it is.
May the Force Be With Us.
Thanks for your daily short reports. Happy New Year
I don't think it is the company, though I think our management is capable of being that cagey, thankfully.
