My point is that if NTEK doesn't think the results of either the number of people registering with UF or purchasing the "promo" deal is not large enough, they may choose to leave either or both figures unstated. Face it, if UF were to hit 1MM registrants or some really great "promo" sales numbers, this will be info to be published (and exploited to the fullest). Otherwise, it is not interesting from NTEK's point of view.
Oh, as to competitors - Google, Apple, Amazon, Yahoo, Netflix, Hulu, etc. are competitors. Not because of their available content. Just that they've got more money than God to throw at marketing. They may not compete against us, but we should understand that they can and then figure a way to get them to join our bandwagon...
