I think the first issue that will be addressed in a counterclaim will be the conversions, and I say that because KBM is claiming that HJOE is insolvent, therefore they want to be allowed to convert quickly. This I think will ultimately lead to a pre trial hearing, allowing the judge to grant or deny conversions or possibly issue a stay till trial allowing hjoe to file with the SEC. All speculation of course. But I'm pulling out a big bag of popcorn and ready to enjoy the show
