V2 Wine Group and Toad Hollow Vineyards Extend their Marketing Agreement

SONOMA, Calif., Dec. 30, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- V2 Wine Group of Sonoma, California and Toad Hollow Vineyards of Healdsburg, California are proud to announce the extension of their agreement between the two companies. Under the terms of the agreement V2 Wine Group will continue to serve as the exclusive Sales & Marketing Company for Toad Hollow Vineyards, a relationship that began in August 2010.

With the extension of the Toad Hollow agreement, V2 Wine Group continues to partner with seven premium and luxury family-owned wineries in the North American marketplace. The company's portfolio, of both owned and represented brands has seen impressive growth since Dan and Katy Leese and Pete and Terri Kight founded it in 2010. V2 Wine Group services all classes of trade and specializes primarily in wines priced from $15 - $100 per bottle.

"We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Toad Hollow. Frankie Williams, proprietor of Toad Hollow, and her team are wonderful to work with and we are honored to represent them. Together we will continue to grow the brand that Frankie has worked so hard to build", said Katy Leese, Co-Founder and General Manager of V2 Wine Group. "The wines of Toad Hollow are terrific and the relationship we have forged with the amazing people of Toad Hollow is what the V2 mission is all about".

"I am proud to have V2's wonderful team represent Toad Hollow across the country. Hard working, knowledgeable and fun. They are the complete package", stated Frankie Williams.

Longtime friends Todd Williams and Rodney Strong created Toad Hollow Vineyards when they released their first vintage of Chardonnay in 1994. With the passing of Todd and Rodney, Francine (Frankie) Williams, Todd's wife, assumed leadership of the winery which had grown to over 100,000 cases in 2007. Frankie has maintained the founder's promise to deliver delicious varietal wines everyone can afford. Toad Hollow offers: a Mendocino County unoaked Chardonnay, a Russian River Pinot Noir and Merlot, a Sonoma Country Dry Rosé of Pinot Noir (Eye of the Toad), a Lodi AVA Cabernet Sauvignon, and two French sparkling wines. Whimsical labels featuring the beloved "Toad" character are symbolic of the founder's insistence that fun be at the brand's core.

V2 is a wine producer and provides sales and marketing services to a limited group of family owned wineries. With a wine portfolio that also includes Bouchaine Vineyards, Cameron Hughes, Dry Creek Vineyard, Hedges Family Estate, La Follette Wines, Lake Sonoma Winery, Lucinda & Millie Vineyards, Morandé, Quivira Vineyards, Steelhead Vineyards, Torbreck Wines, Valley of the Moon Winery and Vindicated Wines. V2 is dedicated to building strong, innovative wine brands in the North American marketplace.
