Yeah, I don't know why exactly, but there's something they're doing that's very wrong here. Did they start promoting on FB too early in the game, perhaps?
Trouble is, the only people who knew about the product when the FB page went live were investors. There wasn't even a chance to grab a solid fan base yet. Social media almost seems like a meaningless venture right now.
