Damn right, Roger! That's what I've been repeating over and over, the best gauge for success in the early days of a start up is the actions and feedback from distributors, store owners/operators, customers of course, and some of the more active investors. Especially since the boat has just left the dock and the numbers that so many investors rely solely on haven't begun to "plane out" yet and aren't that useful. You need to recognize the other means of gauging the success. Those distributors wouldn't wrap their machines with graphics depicting sacks of sand, then drive around the desert trying to sell it to nomads. No, they know damn well what the potential is from their own assessment of the brand and products, as well as from the feedback they've gotten from the stores they've penetrated. All we have to do is be patient and this investment will pay off big time.
