$TPAC I like Bill's honesty and transparency here. I hope that before uplisting, which may or may not require an R/S, he will make sure that we are so rock solid that there is little to no decline in the uplisted share price. I watched AMBS R/S to uplist and they did not do it from a position of strength. They did it from a few cents per share to around eight dollars a share and are now back down around sixty cents per share to date. It is crucial to have the share structure small, revenues high, and a whole lot more in place(including all of the forward looking stuff from that point as well). This is a make it or break it move for the company and shareholders, though there is plenty of time and breathing room left before all of this is even an issue. My personal opinion is that Bill will pull it off perfectly, just as he has been doing with everything so far. This is, to date, my only concern as pertains to $TPAC. Should that go right, I literally have no worries as far as the company, the business plan, the industry, or the stock are concerned. Just putting this out there, as it is important.

@TPACbearings Will you reduce the A/S to follow the share reductions??

@Aricholland Yes but it will most likely be in conjunction with a reverse split to uplist. More efficient to do everything all at one time
