If you think that what is said on that board doesn't affect the PPS, you are greatly mistaken. PPS for a publicly traded company is purely perceived value. No material event has changed that should have had an effect on PPS, yet it has dropped to 10% of last years price. When All is said and done, the final PPS after Certification, Proving Flights and Ticket Sales will not be affected. That will be determined by the demand for tickets, and Baltia's growth rate. For now, the PP shares are sold based on current PPS, which is lower based on public trading by people who are more than happy to play games with someone else's dreams. I wish it weren't true, but we will just have to wait, and bear the small amount of dilution which will occur. If I wind up with 10% of the return I am hoping for on Baltia, I will still be in a FAR more financially fit position for the wait.
