Athanasios ("Thanos") Feidakis, the Company's current Non Executive Director, will be appointed as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer as of the same day. Mr. Athanasios Feidakis is the son of our Chairman, Georgios Feidakis.
