Well everyone, I am up and running ultraflix on my new Samsung 4k TV.. It was a hassle since the first Samsung support person after an hour disconnected me because I think she didn't know about Ultraflix and how to access it. Waited another 25 min for next operator and he knew about ultraflix but its not installed on sets so if anyone buys a set they will not know about Ultraflix since its not on box or installed on set. You have to request it and go through the process to have it installed. If you didn't know about the ultraflix 4k library you would not know that your new 4k Samsung can accommodate it. I sent ntek a text to let them know that buyers of Samsung 4k TV's are unaware of the existence of their app and therefore don't know that it can be available upon request. Thousands of consumers need to be educated.
