Current Float is about 1.7 Billion
Float as of 7/13/15 was 2,672,227,568
on 12/16/15 703,203,002 shares were retired through buy back bringing float down to 1,926,146,476
on 12/23/15 200,000,000 shares were retired through buy back bringing float down to 1,726,146,476
Company stated buyback plans to purchase and retire 1.8 billion shares which will mean another 900 million in share reductions in the near future (the first 900 million took about 3 weeks).
Projected float after the buyback is 826,146,476 give or take a few million. With that share structure TPAC is over .01 at a 10 million market cap (market cap right now is $2,934,449 @.0017 per share).
TPAC will be over .10 cent per share at a market cap of about 83 million. With projected revenue growth, and current progress that seems like a lock by 2017 and I would bet (and am) that it will occur in 2016. Between organic sales and acquisitions I think TPAC revenue can hit 40 million next year and with those two growth factors. I also think it will trade at least at 2 times revenue for a market cap of over 80 million (I actually think it will end up being a higher multiple because of projected growth but would rather set more realistic goals).
