CEC owns CTU (Colorado Technical University). It is one of two school systems to survive CEC running its schools into closure (something like 5 school systems have been run into closure by CEC management in the past 5 years). However, CTU has been terminating full-time professors lately. This does not signal a strong position by CEC/CTU.
