That said, Motley "has been advocating risk mitigation for years," The National Law Journal reported, which is experience derived initially from her previous role at the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She develops and tests incident response plans and privacy policies, reviews third-party management and vendor agreements and provides training to C-suite, board and executive-level employees while advocating for holistic cybersecurity approaches to help prevent and properly respond to the threat of data breaches. Motley is regularly sought out for her knowledge and extensive experience in representing corporations in data security matters.
