Trade-OFF yes they ($WILN) are a software proprietary company with many patents. They have non disclosue agreements with there clients because the contracts vary by the market they are operating, in other words they fluctuate. In order not to have vendors squabbles over competitive pricing the non disclosure allows them to negotiate within the parameters of the market.
