It's going to be an even longer 2016 for the shorts if they don't get their collective asses covered quick. The Rosen lawsuit is baseless and will be dealt with as such by this no nonsense judge. Leo will go after them for damages the other site and will collect if allowed to proceed by not taking a settlement from Rosen. The only ones who are still whining are the same bunch of traders. Their cash cow is going to the market in 2016 and all the shorts in the world won't be able to stop it.
