TALK- 85% of A/S is already in the hands of the CEO, according to the September 8k. If you look back at late Septembers chart you will see they bought 1billion+ shares at .0001. The o/s should be about 500,000,000 and float less then that approximately 270,000,000.
A/S = 1,800,000,000 (85%) ---> locked up
Rem= 270,000,000 (15%) --> float
O/S= 500,000,000 est.
