As someone bid 4M at .0010 instead of hitting the ask at .0013, a low-level profit taker was able to whack the bid at .0010 earlier and held progress up by a day or two.
An undercut ask of 5M at .0010 just got a large slap of 3.4M.
It could be that one person is trying to sell 10M at .0010 - as 20M were picked up at .0008 on the way up - most of which has probably been sold by now.
