MagneGas disputes Seeking Alpha short post

In an 8-K filing yesterday, MagneGas (NASDAQ:MNGA) said a short article published earlier yesterday on Seeking Alpha, "contains multiple instances of materially false and misleading information," without specifying what they were.
On a CNBC segment this morning, CEO Ermanno Santilli again disputed the article, saying "there's about 14 items on that report, we disagree with many of them."
MNGA was -20% yesterday. YTD, shares still boast a 121% gain.
