Drano, methicillin-resistant infections may not be easily treated by Dapto, there are a lot of other choice of antibiotics out there that treat B-ABSSSI. Leo himself admitted that B-ABSSSI drug market is pretty crowded at the moment. The "immunomodulatory activity" feature is still in process of being proven via B-OM trials.
