ETA: I just realized that you were talking about them paying us.

Jan. 6 is a Wednesday, getting a response in by the Friday would be asking a lot. A carefully crafted (ashCROFTed?) response might be enough to get Rosen to beg for a settlement (which I hope CTIX will NOT take unless they pay big bucks). So let Sullivan/Ashcroft firm take their time, it will pay off in the, well, not LONG run, but middle-term run. - Drano
