Here my post on this topic from iHub. Sorry it didn't make it over last night but I ended up with the grandkids. 
I agree that only three weeks for Rosen to amend his complaint is a small victory. And I hope that Sullivan has our Motion to Dismiss ready to file on Day 1 of that 30 days timeframe...

"On Friday December 18, 2015, we had a Court hearing (afternoon) in NY. The Court approved Zagami as the lead Plaintiff and The Rosen Law Firm (Rosen) as the lead law firm.
