Money generated from this deal is one thing...but...we will see the amount of subscribers &awareness grow huge for ULTRAFLIX. Then, when you add something like sports into the mix with the option to purchase a game, half the work is done as you already have a user base coming st the bit!!!
As well, for potential buyers, when they see a huge subscriber list on ULTRAFLIX, BOOM, the value of the company multiplies! IMO
