The position is for 'Director of Chemical Engineering' & is on a 3yr contract , starting Sept 2015 , per the H1B data. Also of interest is the 'requirement' that this new employee be paid at 'prevailing wage' rates , as dictated by the DOL (Dept of Labor). I suspect this H1B visa is probably for Dr.Krueger.
Having been involved in the administration of 'Prevailing wage' projects myself , I can attest to the fact that there is typically 'nothing' 'prevailing' about these jacked-up rates...as can be seen in this copy/paste from this H1B data sheet:
"The prevailing wage is the minimum salary required for this job by the DOL. Prevailing wages prevent companies from hiring foreign labor cheaply. The prevailing wage is significantly above the median for all Quantum Materials Corporation LCAs ($108,388).
The prevailing wage is $33,259 more than the industry median ($83,803).
The prevailing wage is significantly above the median for all LCAs ($62,566)."
