Time will tell. His K PR's of recent vintage have created a lot of uncertainty about what the heck is going on with the Phase 1. So long as the K P's are in progress, I don't especially care. But he still needs to get better with his public utterances. May not matter in 6 months though if P and B-OM results are stellar.
