As per Veal's last statement, the note holders are still owed 500K plus. I'm sure the juice and penalties are running as well. Perhaps they've made profit off of shares and Joe considers them to have made it back, but that doesn't excuse the note. Veal still needs to do a deal where it costs cash and not shares (if shares are part of the deal) Weeks ago, I said I would tell them to screw themselves they aren't getting shares. Give em the money when they have enough capital to continue production and worry about the rest when the toxic folks take them to court. That ain't happening. I think Joe will continue to delay filings until they have enough revenue for operating expenses and can pay off the crooks without affecting the bottom line.
