Each state must approve the product for sale in that state, the retail spaces must be made, ie: shelf space, which by the way usually depends a lot on trial runs. That is just a couple of things to do.
Here is the thing though. James has already done this with Pitt Bull energy which was pretty successful. Mistakes were made toward the end of that , which I am sure will not happen here.
Also, James has a relationship with MANY of the Larger retailers which will expedite the whole process. I am sure many of those conversations are already taking place and have been for some time.
Also, there is the marketing aspect of this, and who will be chosen to represent the product. A lot depends on awareness of the product once the launch happens, so a serious marketing campaign is essential to that. Once the product is tried and true then the rest will be a lot of word of mouth, It is VERY EXPENSIVE to market on a national scale so it has to be done right , straight out of the gate, and it has to be huge.
This may happen before the 1st of the year....but, I would expect to see it happen in January to be honest.
